Program Manager - Higher Education Digital Tranformation n

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams and vendors. You'll lead complex projects across business and technology teams, helping drive meaningful change within a large and diverse organisation undertaking a significant technology transformation program aimed at enhancing the student, academic and staff experience.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies
n
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
n
- Coordinate vendors and delivery partners
n
- Drive governance, reporting and executive communications
n

About you nn




- Extensive program management experience within complex organisations
n
- Experience leading digital transformation or technology-enabled change programs
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to operate across both business and technology domains
n
- Experience managing competing priorities in large-scale environmentsHigher Education, Education, Government or other customer-centric industry experience highly regarded
n
