Job Description

CU29 in Perth is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and uphold CU29’s high culinary standards. You will lead mise en place, cooking, and plating while maintaining quality and consistency across dishes.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a quick-paced fine-dining environment.
