Williams River Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Cert 4 Veterinary Nurse to join our team. This is a permanent position, potentially 3 days per week, negotiable.
Key responsibilities n

- Manage the reception area

- Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

- Assist with x-rays and dentals

- IV set up and catheter placement

- Blood collection
n
- Administer treatments to patients
n
- Handle anxious patients with a calm and gentle approach

- Cert 4 Veterinary Nurse qualification

- Experienced in a range of nursing tasks

- Confident in veterinary nursing procedures

- Able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

Williams River Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, mixed practice located in Clarence Town NSW. We currently employ 2-3 vets and 6 nurses. Our focus is customer service and client satisfaction and we have a very loyal, long standing clientele base. We are proud to provide a work workplace that our staff enjoy being a part of. We have all the equipment we need to provide a high standard of care to our patients, including modern anesthetic monitoring, pulse oximetry, DR radiology, ultrasonography, iM3 dental machine and more. We perform a wide variety of routine soft tissue surgery, and often have a large medical case load.
