Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading Melbourne hospitality group to find an experienced Deli Manager. This hands-on leadership role covers FOH and BOH, with day starts at 6:30am and finishes by 4:30pm, and a four-day week once fully trained. Expect growth through recent deli openings and major events, with options for career progression.

You will own a high-volume deli operation, coach a busy team, manage rostering, labour, COGS and stock, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
