Job Description

KAW Chiropractic in Alfredton, Ballarat, currently seeks a capable Practice Manager to lead a busy team and own day-to-day operations. You’ll roster and coach the Chiropractic Assistant team, streamline front desk flow, and drive patient experience standards across a four-day, 38-hour week.

You’ll report to the COO and join the leadership group from day one, shaping SOPs, KPI reporting, and staff development while staying hands-on when needed.
