Cove Commercial Cleaning is looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-focused Office Cleaner to join our growing Sydney team.

n

This is a permanent part-time position with guaranteed hours , ideal for an experienced cleaner who enjoys working independently, takes genuine pride in their work and is comfortable travelling between several client locations during each shift.

n

You’ll be trusted to look after a small number of our valued clients, ensuring their workplaces are beautifully presented, clean and ready for their teams to start the day.

n

If you’re an early riser who likes to get your work done while the rest of Sydney is still waking up, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your guaranteed hours n

Tuesday: 4:00am – 8:00am

n

Friday: 4:00am – 9:00am

n

These hours are fixed and non-negotiable , so please ensure you are available for both shifts before applying.

n

You will generally travel between 2–3 client locations per shift , with locations potentially including areas such as Wetherill Park, Oran Park and Sydney Olympic Park .

What you'll be doing n

As one of our Office Cleaners, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard across our clients' workplaces. Your duties will include:

n

- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
n
- Cleaning and sanitising office areas and common spaces
n
- Dusting and wiping desks, furniture and surfaces
n
- Cleaning and replenishing bathrooms, toilets and amenities
n
- Cleaning internal glass, windows and office glass partitioning
n
- Cleaning kitchens and staff areas
n
- Emptying general waste and recycling
n
- Replenishing consumables where required
n




- Following individual client cleaning scopes and checklists
n
- Identifying and reporting any issues that require attention
n
- Ensuring each site is left clean, professional and ready for the day ahead
n

Who we're looking for n

We’re looking for someone we can rely on and trust to represent Cove Commercial Cleaning professionally at every client site.

n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

n

n
- Previous office or commercial cleaning experience
n
- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work
n
- The ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within allocated timeframes
n
- Confidence working independently without constant supervision
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
n
- Excellent reliability and punctuality – particularly given the early start times
n
- A professional, positive and respectful attitude
n
- Confidence using GPS/navigation to travel between unfamiliar client locations
n

Important – you must have your own vehicle n

Due to the early morning hours and travel required between client sites, public transport is not suitable for this position .

n

You must have:

n

- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- Your own reliable and insured vehicle
n
- The ability and willingness to travel between 2–3 client locations during each shift
n
- Confidence using GPS/navigation to arrive at each location on time
n
