Townsville Auto Group is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our automotive team in Townsville. You will manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate preparation, submission and processing in line with manufacturer requirements.
Responsibilities include processing claims across brands, reviewing ROs and notes, liaising with technicians, Service Advisors, Parts and manufacturers, and following up on outstanding claims within required timeframes.
