You’ll be responsible for creating a great experience for our customers while supporting the team, maintaining high food and service standards and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do n

Lead, motivate and support the restaurant team

Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing

n
- n





Maintain excellent customer service and food-quality standards

n
- n

Manage staff rosters, training and day-to-day performance

n
- n

Monitor stock levels, ordering and beverage costs

n
- n

Ensure food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards are maintained

n
- n

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

n
- n

Monitor sales, labour costs and other key operational targets

n
- n

Help create a positive, energetic and team-focused workplace

n
- n

Work closely with the owners to improve restaurant performance

n

What We’re Looking For nn

Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience

n
- n

Solid leadership and communication skills

n
- n

A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team

n
- n

Excellent organisation and time-management skills

n
- n

A genuine focus on customer service

n
- n

Ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods

n
- n

Knowledge of food safety and hospitality procedures

n
- n

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

n

Experience in a pizza restaurant or high-volume takeaway environment is an advantage, but we’re also open to experienced hospitality supervisors ready to take the next step.
