We’re excited to be opening a clinic in Balwyn and are looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team.

This is a full-time position and we are specifically seeking candidates who are looking for a long-term, full-time career chance.

About the Role: n

You’ll join us as aPatient Coordinator , becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Balwyn clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

n

This is acustomer service and sales-focused role , ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

n

Please note: This role requiresone month of initial training at our Balwyn clinic!

What You’ll Be Doing n

n
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
n
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
n
- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
n
- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
n
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
n
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
n

- Leading patient consultations and presenting treatment options

- Building trust and rapport to guide patients through decision-making

- Managing treatment plans, follow-ups, and ongoing communication

- Driving sales conversions through genuine connection and education

About You nn
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
n
- Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
