Job Description

Platino Properties in Sydney is seeking a diligent post-occupation lead to manage purchaser handover, defect rectification, and the strata bond process. You’ll work closely with the Head of Construction on technical calls, supported by a trades team to deliver smooth handovers.

4–5 years in residential construction, robust Excel, and a practical mindset to inspect defects and document them clearly are essential.
