Job Description

Deutsche Bank seeks motivated graduates to join its Direct-to-Desk Graduate Program in Australia, focusing on Rates Trading. After orientation and training, you’ll work on a rapid-paced desk, pricing, hedging and managing risk across interest rate products from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to macroeconomics, market microstructure and risk management while collaborating with top traders and research professionals in Sydney. Start Feb 2027, with ongoing training and well-being programs.
