Job Description

Aruma is seeking a Manager, Community to lead a portfolio of community-based services in Wollongong. You will guide service delivery across hubs, respite services, customer homes and community supports to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational goals.

You will coach Service Leads, manage budgets and drive workforce planning while upholding person-centred practices to promote independence, choice and inclusion.
