Mercedes-Benz Ballarat is looking for a skilled, friendly and highly organised Receptionist – Front of House & Sales Support to join our team.

n

As one of the first people our customers meet when they visit or contact our dealership, you’ll play an important role in creating the premium customer experience expected from Mercedes-Benz Ballarat.

n

This is much more than a traditional reception position.

n

You’ll enjoy a varied role combining customer service, reception, telephone coordination, customer lounge and café management, new vehicle deliveries and sales support.

What you’ll be doing n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Welcoming customers and guests to the dealership
n
- Managing our reception and Front of House area
n
- Answering and coordinating incoming telephone calls
n
- Directing customer enquiries to the appropriate department
n
- Taking and communicating accurate messages
n
- Ensuring our customer lounge is welcoming and well presented
n
- Offering and preparing refreshments for customers and guests
n
- Managing the day-to-day presentation and operation of our customer café and refreshment area
n
- Assisting with new vehicle stock deliveries and associated processes
n
- Working with our Sales Team to coordinate customer vehicle deliveries
n
- Assisting with vehicle handover preparations
n
- Scheduling and preparing for customer delivery appointments
n
- Preparing customer handover materials and documentation
n

- Is computer literate and comfortable learning current systems
n
- Takes pride in their personal presentation and workplace environment
n
- Is proactive, flexible and happy to assist different areas of the dealership
n

n

Previous experience in reception, customer service or the automotive industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

n

Barista experience would also be an advantage; however, training can be provided.

n

A current driver’s licence is required.
