Bring your operational knowledge to a major business transformation project and help shape Green by Nature’s recent Workforce Management (WFM) system.

Two positions available secondment (approx. 8 months) n

You’ll work with Operations and the WFM Project Team to support:

- System design and operational processes
n
- Data preparation and validation
n
- User Acceptance Testing
n
- Pilot rollout and implementation readiness
n
- Skills Matrix and PeopleHub data activities
n

We’re looking for people who: nn
- Understand GbN’ s operational and administrative processes
n
- Are confident using Excel, systems, and operational data
n
- Build strong relationships across the business
n
- Are organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
