Are you looking to join a organisation embarking on multi-year major business and technology transformation?
n We’re seeking a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting change programs across an insurance/ workers compensation environment. You’ll be the change champion supporting E2E projects through change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder/ communication engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.
n Supported by a Change Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to support and drive strategic priorities, embed risk and compliance improvements, and ensure smooth adoption of change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities n

- Support change impact assessments and readiness planning.
n
- Assist with the development of change communication
n
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
n
- Support risk management and governance implementation.
n




- Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
n
- Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
n
- Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- A minimum of 3-5 years dedicated to Change Management ideally in insurance or/and financial services
n
- Proficiency in change management and project management tools and software.
n
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
n
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
n
- Ideally a APMG Practitioner or Prosci Certification
n
- Financial Services or relevent industry experience
n
- Attributes: curiosity, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic but maturing environments.
