Job Description

Alstom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for the Ballarat, VIC site to deliver proactive HR support to leaders and people managers, with a focus on governance, performance management, and workplace culture. You will partner with the HR Business Partnering Lead for the Rolling Stock & Components Product Line to drive effective people management and policy adherence.
