Job Description
n
Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Leading the month-end and year-end close processes.
n
- Preparing accurate financial and management reporting.
n
- Driving budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
n
- Delivering board reporting, performance analysis and commercial insights.
n
- Managing statutory compliance, tax obligations and external audits.
n
- Monitoring working capital, liquidity and cash conversion performance.
n
- Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and finance policies.
n
- Developing reporting tools, dashboards and process improvements.
n
- Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance and support decision-making.
n
- Leading, mentoring and developing a Finance Officer
n

The Successful Applicant
n
To be successful, you will be a hands-on finance professional with strong technical accounting capability and commercial acumen. You will bring:
n
n
- CA or CPA qualification.
n
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant, Financial Controller or similar role.
n
- Demonstrated ownership of financial reporting and month-end close processes.
n
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
n
- Experience managing cash flow, working capital and statutory compliance obligations.
n
- Advanced Excel and robust financial systems skills.
n
- The ability to translate financial results into meaningful business insights.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering senior leaders.
n
- A proactive, adaptable and improvement-focused mindset suited to a growing environment.
n
