WOW Recruitment is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join a fast-growing, high-performing team in Zetland.

Are you a confident salesperson who loves speaking with customers, closing deals and earning uncapped commission? This is a genuine full-cycle Inside Sales role, where you’ll work with warm and hot inbound leads rather than spending your day cold calling or building a database from scratch.

You’ll manage customers from initial enquiry through to close, with a strong flow of motivated buyers and plenty of opportunity to earn. If you're commercially driven, resilient and thrive in a high-energy sales workplace, this could be your next move.

The Role n

- Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries
n
- Own the full sales cycle , from initial enquiry through to close
n
- Build strong rapport with customers and understand their needs
n
- Convert qualified inbound leads into sales
n
- Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow up opportunities
n
- Confidently negotiate, overcome objections and close deals
