The Chance n

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day performance of all food and beverage outlets, conferences and events operations.

n

You will be a visible leader, inspiring your team on the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving strong commercial outcomes across the business.

n

Working closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team, you'll help shape the guest experience, develop talent, and maximise operational performance.

Key Responsibilities n

- Lead all food and beverage, conferencing and events operations.
n
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
n
- Deliver revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
n
- Maximise venue utilisation and identify growth opportunities.
n
- Manage labour costs, rostering, inventory and supplier performance.
n
- Oversee the successful delivery of conferences, meetings and special events.
n
- Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams.
n
- Foster a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture.
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and WHS requirements.
n

About You n

You are a commercially minded hospitality professional with a passion for people and operations.

You will bring:

- 3-5+ years' leadership experience within hotel food and beverage operations.
n
- Strong experience managing conferencing and events.
n
- Proven commercial acumen and financial management capability.
n
- A track record of leading and developing successful teams.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style.
n
- The ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment.
