Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) n
Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help train and evaluate AI systems designed for healthcare environments. As a bridge between frontline nursing practice and health information technology, you'll ensure AI understands real-world clinical workflows, EHR systems, and the nuances of patient care documentation.

What You’ll Do nn
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
n
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into clear, structured feedback that improves AI system design
n
- Review and assess AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical decision support, and health data management
n
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated healthcare content
n
- Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation frameworks
n
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
n
Who You Are nn
- Registered Nurse (RN)
or equivalent clinical background with hands‑on experience in a healthcare setting
n
- Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
n
- Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
n
- Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate clinical data and identify workflow or system issues
n
- Explicit, precise written communication skills
n
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
n
Nice to Have nn
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing informatics specialist roles
n
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
n
- Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or population health platforms
n
- Experience in quality improvement, clinical auditing, or outcomes measurement
