Job Description

HCLTech is seeking a first point of contact for Institutional Banking clients in Sydney to manage queries across Transactional Banking products, from onboarding to ongoing servicing and experience enhancement.

The role focuses on building client relationships, understanding needs and industry context, and ensuring compliant, effective service across Corporate Cards, Accounts, Payments, Merchant Services and CommBiz.
