Job Description

lululemon in Sydney is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and champion an inclusive, energetic team focused on daily sales goals.

As part of store leadership, you will help hire, coach, and develop staff, manage opening and closing, and translate customer needs into friendly service. Retail and leadership experience preferred.
