About the role n

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the afternoon shift warehouse team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day forklift operations. You will coordinate stock movements, support production requirements and ensure the safe and efficient flow of materials and finished goods across our sites.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Lead, coach and support the Afternoon Shift warehouse team
n
- Allocate daily work and coordinate shift priorities
n
- Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts
n
- Manage loading, unloading, dispatch and stock movements
n
- Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production
n
- Support inventory accuracy and stock control activities
n
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
n
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational priorities
n
- Liaise with warehouse,



production and logistics teams to meet customer and production requirements
n

About you nn
- Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand or supervisory experience
n
- Strong forklift operating experience within a warehouse environment
n
- Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
n
- FMCG, manufacturing or distribution experience
n
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A hands-on leadership style and commitment to safety.
n

- 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

- Shift loadings applicable
