Sherridon Homes is now seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator/ Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey.
n
This role will be crucial in taking care of our customers throughout the administration of their build through to site start.
The Role n
n
- Coordinating permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments
n
- Following up on finance approvals and arranging warranty insurance
n
- You will deliver an exceptional journey to our customers, building a home experience.
n
- Working within a tight-knit and supportive team
n
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Utilizing technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and software to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
- Maintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and Group policy and procedures
n
- Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers.
n

Qualifications and Experience nn
- Qualifications in the building industry are highly regarded
n
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
n
- Able to prioritize and handle a large workload
n
- A robust work ethic and the ability to multitask
n
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
n
