We’re looking for a Safety Partner to join us at our Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe – a significant operational site within Lion. What you’ll be doing: n
n
- Partner with site leaders and operational teams to strengthen safety practices and culture

- Provide support across injury management, workers compensation and return to work
n
- Support emergency management planning and operational safety requirements
n
- Bring a strong risk lens to areas including machine safety, materials handling and chemical management
n
- Build safety capability so leaders and teams confidently own safety within their day-to-day operations
n
What you’ll bring: nn
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety or equivalent
n
- Practical WHS experience within an operational environment
n
- Strong knowledge of risk and incident management
n
- Exposure to operational safety risks such as machinery, logistics or materials handling
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Confidence coaching and influencing operational leaders and frontline teams
n
- An ability to balance practical operational needs with safety requirements
n
- Return to Work Coordinator Certificate or equivalent experience would be beneficial
n
n
At Lion, you’ll be part of a business that puts safety at the heart of how we work. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact at Tooheys, working closely with the people who lead and operate the site every day.
