Disability Support Worker (Mental Health) - Dapto n

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a growing supported Independant Living SIL team in Dapto.
n The successful applicant will be compassionate, resilient, reliable, and experienced in supporting individuals with mental health needs. This role offers ongoing weekly shifts with the prospect to become part of a stable and supportive team.

Essential Requirements n

n
- Australian Resident with full working rights
n
- Experience supporting participants with mental health diagnoses
n
- Ability to work active shifts and/or sleepover shifts
n
- Strong communication and documentation skills
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n




- Own reliable transport
n
- Fluent English communication skills
n

- Experience preparing meals and lunch packs

- Restrictive Practice Experience

- Behaviour Support Experience
