Immediate Start | Temp Role Up to 12 Weeks | Monday to Friday

We are seeking experienced Vegetation Maintenance Workers to join our client's roadside maintenance teams for temporary assignments of up to 12 weeks .

n

Monday to Friday – 6:30am start in Northern area of Central Coast

n

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to candidates with experience in horticulture, landscaping, vegetation management, grounds maintenance or similar industries .

About the Role n

Working as part of a roadside vegetation maintenance team, your duties will include:

n

n
- Operating push mowers, brush cutters / whipper snippers and blowers
n
- Litter collection and clean-up
n
- Use of a range of horticultural tools and equipment
n
- Working safely around roads and traffic
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n

- WHS Construction/Induction White Card
n
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment urine drug screening
n
- A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors
n
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n

Highly Desirable n

Experience or qualifications in the following will be advantageous:

- Traffic Control – IMP (Implement Traffic Control Plan)
n
- Horticulture or landscaping
n
- Tractor and plant operation
n
- Ride-on mower operation
n
- Chainsaw and pole pruner operation
n
- Hedge trimmer operation
n
- General horticultural equipment and tools
n
