Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, a luxury hotel in Sydney's CBD, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Delta Rue to support daily operations and guest experiences.

You will lead the floor during service, coach the team, and ensure service excellence while collaborating with the kitchen and F&B; teams. A hands-on, detail‑oriented leader with RSA competency is essential for a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
