About the Opportunity n
As our BDM, you'll play a key role in growing the Ray White Ballarat property management portfolio.
n
This is more than simply finding current landlords. You'll be responsible for building genuine relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting our property management offering and becoming a trusted property partner for investors across Ballarat and the surrounding region.

You'll have the backing of the Ray White brand, a highly supportive team and proven systems designed to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing n

- Identify and secure new property management opportunities
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors and referral partners
n
- Prospect through calls, networking, database management, referrals and local market opportunities
n
- Conduct property appraisals and present tailored property management proposals
n
- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into new managements}
