HR Coordinator - 4-6 month opportunity - SCHADS award experience n

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding opportunity within the not-for-profit sector? We are partnering with a well-respected charity seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join their team on an initial 4-6 month contract, with potential for extension (4 days a week).

This is a true generalist HR role where you'll support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with leaders across the organisation.

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

- Employee relations support and advice
n
- HR administration and compliance
n
- Award interpretation and employment legislation guidance
n
- Policy and procedure support
n
- Performance management and employee lifecycle activities
n
- General HR project and operational support
n

About You nn
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
n
- Strong employee relations experience
n




- Recruitment experience across a variety of roles
n
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award is highly desirable
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
n
