About The Role n

We are seeking a energetic NDIS Services Team Lead to join our passionate team at Endeavour Foundation. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, you’ll play a pivotal role ensuring the delivery of high-quality enabling services supporting our front line Service Delivery teams, as well as leading a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers.

Responsibilities n

- Guide a team to drive quality assurance, compliance, and exceptional service.

- Implement workforce optimisation and financial strategies that align with our mission and deliver sustainable results.
n
- Be the go-to expert, coaching and sharing knowledge across the organisation.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business strategies that enhance the end-to-end client experience.
n

About You nn
- Tertiary qualification in business, community services, or a related field (desirable).
n




- Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) includes individuals who have previously worked with the NDIA or as a Support Coordinator, with a track record of leading successful, high-performing teams, ideally within NDIA or Support Coordination services.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant applications, ensuring professional and timely completion of tasks.
n
- Willingness to obtain a current National Criminal History check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card.
n
- Solid experience in leading high-performing teams, with a working knowledge of the NDIS (preferably with a focus on SIL).
