Job Description
The Royal Hotel Gatton is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house and gaming floor operations at a busy multi-department venue, delivering warm, country hospitality and maintaining gold-standard presentation.

You will supervise bar, bistro, gaming and rooms teams, collaborate with the Publican, and step up to lead shifts with energy, solid people skills, and safety awareness. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence holders are preferred.
