Job Description

Amida Group on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator to lead contract management for a $200m+ high-rise residential project and others. Local market knowledge is preferred, but candidates with relevant high-rise experience are welcome.

Role focuses on tendering, contract administration, cost control, and dispute avoidance. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within a energetic, expanding team.
