About the Role n

We’re looking for a qualified Boilermaker to join our Greensill Fabrication & Machinery Team.

n

Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Maintenance, you’ll work across a diverse range of agricultural and earthmoving equipment, carrying out fabrication, repairs, modifications, maintenance and installation work.

n

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You could be fabricating a new component one day, repairing heavy equipment the next, or working on modifications that improve the way our machinery operates.

Your work will include:

n

- Fabrication, welding and repairs on heavy equipment and machinery
n
- Manufacturing and modifying components
n
- Structural and general fabrication work
n




- Repairs and maintenance across agricultural and earthmoving equipment
n
- Installation and modification of plant and equipment
n
- Working with the broader Workshop and Maintenance teams to keep equipment operating safely and reliably
n
- Supporting breakdowns and urgent repairs when required
n

About You n

You’ll bring:

n

n
- A recognised Boilermaker trade qualification
n
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
n
- Experience working with heavy equipment, agricultural machinery or earthmoving equipment is desirable
n
- Mechanical or fitting experience will be highly regarded
n
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A practical, can-do approach to problem solving
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
