About the role
As an Administration Assistant in this well-established and highly regarded Law Firm your role will entail providing administrative support across various legal practice groups as well as assisting with special projects as needed. n
nReporting to a delightful Administration Manager/HR advisor and as a valued member of the team your varied role will include, but not be limited to:- n
n
n
- providing comprehensive administration support to legal teams
n
- file management, document preparation and drafting correspondence
n
- electronic and physical filing
n
- assist with email management and screening calls
n
- assist with monthly billing
n
- open/close files and archiving
n
- manage incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries
n
- provide relief reception
n
- assist with marketing activities, internal projects and firm events
n
- ad hoc tasks as required to assist the Manager and legal teams
n
Skills and experience
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have at least 1-2 years' experience in Legal Administration and most importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate:- n
n
n
- an enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
n
- strong organisational skills
n
- high attention to detail
n
- excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
n
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
n
- ability to use your initiative
n
