An opportunity has become available for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a leading banking organisation on an initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend.

n

This is a hands‑on 2nd Line Compliance role, providing trusted compliance advice across the business and supporting the ongoing management and uplift of the organisation’s compliance framework.

About the role n

You will be responsible for:

n

- Providing practical, commercially focused 2nd Line compliance advice to business stakeholders
n
- Supporting the identification, assessment and management of compliance risks
n
- Advising on regulatory obligations and their application across the business
n
- Supporting compliance monitoring, reporting and risk management activities
n




- Contributing to compliance framework and process uplift initiatives
n
- Building robust relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
n

About you n

We are looking for someone with:

n

n
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line Compliance / Compliance Advisory role
n
- Strong experience within banking or financial services
n
- A solid understanding of regulatory obligations and compliance frameworks
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- The ability to operate autonomously and quickly add value in a contract environment
