MatchWorks is looking for a passionate and inspiring leader to join our Greensborough region (includes Greensborough, Doreen, Heidelberg & Preston) . This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse team of Employment Consultants, Customer Service Officers, Employer Engagement Partners, and Post Placement Support Consultants—empowering them to do their best work every day. You’ll play a key role in building a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting individuals to reach their full potential and make a real impact in the community.

What you’ll do n

As a Business Manager in our Inclusive Employment Australia team you’ll:

n

- Empower and engage your team by fostering a culture of excellence, celebrating success, and recognising achievements
n
- Oversee staff caseloads, ensuring participants are supported in line with Inclusive Employment Australia expectations
n
- Build strong relationships with local community stakeholders to promote the MatchWorks brand and create meaningful opportunities
n
- Collaborate with service partners including DHS, Assessors, and Training Providers to stay connected and enhance support for participants
n
- Drive robust performance outcomes aligned with key site objectives
n
- Support the smooth operation of the site, including budget oversight and general site management
n

What you’ll bring nn
- Proven success in delivering employment and training services, with a genuine passion for supporting people facing barriers to employment
n
- Highly professional with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and attention to detail
n




- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
n
- Strong understanding of the employment services landscape, with the ability to implement effective strategies that drive outcomes
n
- Confident communicator and people leader, with a solid grasp of HR policies and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
n

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

- Experience as a Site Manager or Business Manager within Employment Services
n
- Senior Employment Consultants who are ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role
