Job Description

Central Kempsey IGA is seeking a Deli Manager to lead the Deli team and support the Store Manager with daily operations. You will oversee rostering, ordering, inventory control and QA while delivering outstanding service.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer‑centric setting, strong communication, staff training, and a commitment to safety and compliance. RSA is essential and you may step into supervisory duties as needed.
