Calida is a boutique commercial construction company specialising in high-end retail, hospitality and commercial projects across Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our Rosebery office on a temporary full-time basis from late October 2026 to the end of February 2027 , working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping/accounting experience and be confident working across MYOB and Vista .

The Role: n

- Bank reconciliations and maintenance of financial records
n
- Accounts payable and receivable
n
- Monthly payroll processing
n
- Monthly cash flow management and cost reporting
n
- Maintain debtors, bonds, bank guarantees, retentions and deposit schedules
n
- General Ledger, journal entries and Trial Balance
n




- Prepare financial summaries, balance sheets and cash flow reports
n
- Consolidate project cost reports
n
- Liaise with suppliers, project teams and external accountants
n
- Prepare financial reports for Directors and the leadership team
n

About You: nn
- Experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper with robust all-round accounting knowledge
n
- Strong experience using MYOB , with Vista experience highly regarded
n
- Experience across payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations and financial reporting
n
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- Construction industry experience advantageous
