In this leadership position, you will supervise and support a team of Cashiers, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service, compliance, and operational excellence. Working in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, you will help drive seamless daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across all transactions.

What we are looking for

n

n
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environment
n
- Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accurately
n
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teams
n
- Versatile availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
