About the Role n

ACESGroup is continuing to grow and we are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team at the Sydney Fish Market, one of Sydney’s most iconic and vibrant precincts to play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and facilities.

n

This role is designed for a security career professional who leads by example. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, applying your broad skill set to a variety of operational activities, while guiding a small to medium team to deliver outstanding results.

n

As a Security Team Leader, you will be highly visible and client-facing,



responsible for providing skilled information services, managing incidents, and ensuring high standards of safety and customer service are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties: n

n
- Support, direct, and co-ordinate small to medium teams, including managing incidents and emergencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
n
- Prepare and deliver shift operational briefs.
n
- Conduct patrols of sites to observe, report, and manage incidents.
n
- Deliver excellent service performance standards whilst developing operational efficiencies.
n
- Work within client and ACESGroup WHS guidelines.
n
- Monitor facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety.
n
- Prepare and maintain general security records and reports.
n
- Manage and provide facility access control.
n

Skills and Experience: nn
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A) - minimum 3 years' experience (or equivalent).
n
- Experience supervising a small to medium team.
n
- Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client-facing skills.
n
- CCTV operational experience and ability to use a range of security systems.
n
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
n
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
n
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and accountability.
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.




n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (current or willingness to obtain).
n
- White Card (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Fire Warden (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current Working with Children Check.
n
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence.
n
