Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mobile Phone Technician & Sales Representative to join our busy retail store. The successful candidate will have strong mobile phone repair skills as well as excellent customer service and sales abilities. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, assisting customers with their technology needs, and selling mobile phones, accessories and related products.

Key responsibilities n

Repair and troubleshoot iPhones, Samsung and other smartphone brands

n

Screen, battery, charging port, camera and other component replacements

n

Test devices thoroughly after every repair

n

Provide qualified advice and excellent customer service

n

Sell mobile phones, refurbished devices and accessories

n

Recommend suitable cases, screen protectors, chargers and other products

n





Process sales and payments

n

Maintain stock and attractive product displays

n

Keep the store clean, organised and professional

n

Handle customer enquiries and repair bookings

About you n

Previous experience in mobile phone repairs

n

Good knowledge of iPhone, Samsung and Android devices

n

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n

Confidence in sales and upselling

n

Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
