Contract Role | ASAP Start | Large-Scale Commercial Fit Out Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator – Commercial Fit Out to join a large commercial fit-out project on a contract basis, with an ASAP start .

n

This is an excellent chance for a confident CA who is comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment and can hit the ground running across procurement, subcontractor management, estimating support and commercial administration.

The Role n

Working closely with the project and estimating teams, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and commercial management of a major commercial fit-out project.

n

The client is specifically looking for an experienced CA who can:

n

n
- Complete subcontractor comparisons and assist with procurement recommendations
n
- Manage and coordinate furniture procurement
n
- Assist the estimating team with scoping and tender requirements
n
- Identify and coordinate Value Engineering (VE) options
n
- Obtain and coordinate pricing for VE opportunities
n
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations
n
- Assist with commercial negotiations and procurement
n
- Maintain strong commercial and contractual administration across the project
n
- Work closely with project managers, estimators,



subcontractors and suppliers to keep procurement and commercial activities moving
n

About You n

You will be an experienced Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator with a strong background in commercial construction and fit-out projects .

Ideally, You Will Have n

n
- Proven experience working on large commercial fit-out projects
n
- Strong subcontractor procurement and comparison experience
n
- A solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
n
- Experience with FF&E; / furniture procurement would be highly regarded
n
- The ability to support estimating, scope works and assess pricing
n
- Experience identifying and pricing VE opportunities
n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
- A hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
n
