Job Description

Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions is seeking a Raw Materials Team Leader to coordinate the Raw Materials team, ensuring safe, efficient supply of materials to downstream production. This hands-on leadership role requires solid knife skills, knowledge of primal cuts and yields, and experience in meat processing.

You will lead shift activities, monitor yield and quality, develop staff, and work across Production, QA and Planning to meet daily targets.
