Bermuda Butchery is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team at the Burleigh Waters store on Christine Avenue. This is a casual position working 2-3 days per week, with Friday and Saturday availability essential.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide great customer service
- Recommend products and help customers choose the right products
- Upsell products to customers
- Learn about products and share that knowledge with customers
- Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting
About you
- Has a genuinely friendly, outgoing and bubbly personality
- Is confident engaging with customers and loves retail sales
- Takes pride in providing great old-fashioned customer service
- Is well presented, reliable and punctual
- Is comfortable recommending products, upselling and helping customers choose the right products
- Enjoys being part of a fun, hardworking team
- Is happy to learn about products and share that knowledge with customers
- Previous retail, food or hospitality experience would be highly regarded, but personality, presentation and a great attitude are just as important
- Age is no barrier - we believe life experience is everything
