Swann Dentistry and Waverley Road Dental in Melbourne is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to own the patient journey from first contact through treatment and follow-up. You will ensure patients feel welcomed, remembered, cared for, and confident about their next steps.

The role focuses on converting enquiries, coordinating appointments and recalls, and helping patients understand treatment and payment options.
