Our award-winning boarding house is currently inviting applications for the role of:

The Role n

The Boarding House Supervisors play an important role in the daily life of our boarding community, providing care, guidance and supervision to ensure boarders feel supported, connected and at home.

n

With a strong pastoral care focus, the successful candidate will support boarders in an assigned year level with their routines, wellbeing and academic commitments while they are living away from home.

n

Whilst you may choose to live onsite this is not a requirement of the role. It is, however, a requirement to do multiple sleepover shifts as rostered weekly. Hours will be allocated on a roster system across 7 days of the week. The majority of shifts are of an evening. This is a full‑time role commencing in Term 1, 2027.

The successful candidate n

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young people and can contribute to a warm, structured and welcoming home away from home. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Experience working with children and teenagers
n
- A caring,



supportive approach balanced with consistency and structure
n
- An ability to build genuine rapport with boarders, parents and staff
n
- Commitment to rostered shifts across seven days during term time
n
- Confidence maintaining boarding routines, rules and procedures
n
- Study in education, health science or similar would be highly regarded
n
