What You’ll Be Doing n

- Driving prospecting and new business development

- Securing listings and building a strong personal pipeline
n
- Managing vendor relationships from appraisal through to settlement
n
- Conducting buyer follow-ups, open homes, and private inspections
n
- Running high-quality sales campaigns with attention to detail
n
- Maintaining an active CRM and database
n
- Building a recognisable presence in the Craigieburn market
n
- Representing Reliance with professionalism and confidence
n

- Proven experience in residential sales (desirable but not essential)

- A strong listing and negotiation mindset
n
- Confidence in generating your own business (not relying on handouts)
n
- High energy, resilience, and consistency in follow-up

- Solid communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-focused environment

- A genuine ambition to grow market share and personal brand
