Job Description

Smilogy is seeking a commercially minded Treatment & Patient Coordinator to own the patient journey from enquiry to treatment, driving bookings, treatment acceptance and growth. This is a hands-on growth role, not a traditional reception, focusing on converting interest into booked and completed treatment.

You will work with clinicians, operations and marketing to maximize patient opportunities, maintain CRM records, and ensure robust diary utilisation across clinics.
