Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is seeking a compassionate, reliable and caring Italian-speaking Community Support Professional to join our team.

We provide high-quality in-home disability and aged care services, supporting people to live independently in their own homes while remaining connected to their community. Our team is committed to delivering person-centred care with dignity, respect and kindness.

What You’ll Need nn
- Ability to speak Italian
n
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or a related field
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A compassionate, respectful and person-centred approach to care
n
- Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting older people and people living with disability
